New tassimo T65, all lights work prompts to green light appears drink displays push button
Appears but when pushed nothing happens green light still on but start button does not
Activate brew.

Thanks for your enquiry. I can't follow your description of the problem too clearly but it sounds like everything works as expected except for pressing the start button at the end does not activate the brew?

I wonder if the button is faulty? Does it work in any other situation? If it does it suggests a problem is with the controlling logic and since these machines are not really intended to be repaired, I think it would be best to try to return the item under warranty if that's possible.
