Water leaking into tray
Posted by private, Sun 10 Feb 2013 10:36 am
Hi Stuart
I have been trying to find out the source of why my Tassimo leaks into the tray. I have removed the side panels and when working water can be seen dripping through an pipe that connects to the tray. I have tried google to find out the problem but without success. Currently I have tried descaling and replacing the jet but it still leaks. Any ideas?

I'm not sure that this is necassarily a fault. I think excess steam is vented down to the tray from the brew head. By the time it's travelled down the pipe, the steam usually condenses and so you only see water in the tray.
I have occasionally had to mop up a bit of water from the tray. I wouldn't worry unless it is becoming excessive.
Hope that helps,
Stuart
