Hello there! I wonder if you had some advice. I have Googled this up and no one seems to be have the same issue.

We have had our Tassimo for over a month, it's been looked after and de-scaled recently. All of a sudden when I close the lid, the pod holder part seems to go too fast and dislodges the pod. if I hold it up while the lid closes it's fine, but this is not something I used to have to do.

This has only just happened and before I call on the warranty, I wondered if you have ever encountered this... more importantly, know how to resolve it. :)

Hi Mark,

I haven't heard of this problem before but the pod holder is removable. It just pulls straight out (for cleaning) and pushes back in with a click. I wonder if it has become dislodged so that it is not moving smoothly anymore.

Try taking it out and re-inserting to see if that helps and let us know how you get on,
