Thermal Imaging Camera Hire - Terms and Conditions

A thermal imaging camera accessory comprises a camera and charging cable.
A £150 deposit must be paid before a camera accessory can be dispatched.
Upon payment of the deposit, a camera accessory will be dispatched to you, free of charge, within one working day (or for reservations, as soon as one becomes available).
The package will be tracked. The hire period will commence from the date and time the tracking shows the package was delivered.
If the camera accessory has been damaged during delivery or you believe it to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
The camera accessory will be supplied ready to use. If/when you need to charge the device, use the charging cable provided.
You are responsible for the care of the camera accessory during the hire period. You should return it in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to withhold part or all of your deposit as compensation for any damage which occurs during the hire period.
We recommend that the camera accessory is returned in the same, or similar packaging, as it was delivered to you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the camera accessory. You can use any delivery service but you must obtain either proof of postage or a tracking reference number.
Within one working day of receipt of the camera accessory back to us, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and refund your deposit minus any charges.
Refunds may take 5-10 days to appear on a customer's statement.
If the camera accessory is received late, we may ask you to send us proof of postage. We reserve the right to charge £10 for each day you have the camera accessory over the agreed hire period.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. In such cases your deposit will be refunded minus a £10 processing charge.
